FUNK OLDSCHOOL

Nos anos 80, o funk americano teve uma influência significativa no Brasil, tanto na música quanto na dança. O funk dos Estados Unidos chegou ao país através de discos importados, fitas cassetes e programas de rádio que apresentavam os sucessos internacionais do gênero. O estilo dançante e os ritmos cativantes do funk americano conquistaram rapidamente os brasileiros, especialmente nas festas, bailes e clubes.
Durante essa década, algumas músicas de funk americano se destacaram e se tornaram muito populares no Brasil. Artistas como Rick James, Kool & The Gang, Cameo, Prince e Michael Jackson tiveram grande sucesso e suas músicas foram frequentemente tocadas nas rádios, nas pistas de dança e em festas. Os ritmos dançantes e as batidas cativantes do funk americano se encaixavam perfeitamente com a cultura musical e festiva brasileira, proporcionando um clima de celebração e diversão.
Além das músicas, o estilo de dança associado ao funk também ganhou destaque no Brasil nos anos 80. O breakdance e outros estilos de dança de rua inspirados pelo funk americano começaram a surgir e a ganhar popularidade, especialmente entre os jovens. As festas e os bailes de funk se tornaram conhecidos como locais onde se dançava e curtia a música com movimentos enérgicos e cheios de estilo.
No entanto, nos anos 80, o impacto direto do funk americano no Brasil foi mais evidente em termos de músicas tocadas nas rádios e nas festas, além de influenciar a cultura de dança e festividade do país.

Obs.: O termo "oldschool" na música internacional é usado para se referir a um estilo, som ou período específico da história da música, geralmente anterior aos anos 90. O prefixo "old" (velho) e a palavra "school" (escola) são combinados para descrever algo que pertence a uma época passada, quando se referindo a música.
Essa época é caracterizada por batidas simples, samples e letras muitas vezes festivas e animadas.
